SQLizer Terms & Conditions of Use

Definitions

"D4 Software" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the service whose registered office is 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, UK, Company registration number is 08065648, in England & Wales.

"SQLizer" means the SQLizer service operated by D4 Software Limited.

"Customer" means you, the user on either a free or paid plan of SQLizer.

"Charges" means the total daily, monthly, or annual cost of a SQLizer plan as described on our pricing page(s).

"Customer Data" means data that users of SQLizer upload to the SQLizer service and its associated PII relating to you the customer.

"Personal Data" means personally identifiable information (PII) as defined by the EU GDPR regulation and/or the UK Data Protection Act.

"Plan" or "Account" means the account you use to sign into SQLizer to access the service.

"Services" or "Service" means data translation, migration, storage and conversion services provided by SQLizer.

"Support Services" means support in relation to the use of the services.

Term

SQLizer is a subscription service and your monthly or annual subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it. A ‘day pass’, ‘daily’, or ‘24 hour pass’ will not automatically renew.

Support

Support services are available for our paid plans only, via our contact form.

Data

The data you upload or transmit to the service will be deleted within 48 hours for free plans and seven (7) days for paid plans. After this time it cannot be recovered. Your account data will be retained for the duration of your account to facilitate access to, and billing for, the service. Your account data is encrypted at-rest using industry-standard encryption.

Payment

You must add a valid credit or debit payment card to your account which will be billed with the charges as shown on a monthly or annual basis.

Data protection & privacy

You may not upload or transmit customer data that contains personal data to the service. You must legitimately own or have proper licence to the data you upload or transmit to SQLizer.

Warranties

The Customer acknowledges that software is never wholly free from defects, errors and bugs; and subject to the other provisions of this policy, the Provider gives no warranty or representation that the service will be wholly free from defects, errors and bugs.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the ‘cancel account’ control when signed in to the service. You will not receive a refund for a partial period of usage. We may terminate your account at any time if we find you in breach of this policy or our privacy policy.

Rate Limiting

SQLizer may deny access to users or IP addresses that upload a large numbers of files within a short period of time by responding to API calls with a HTTP 429 status code.

You must not use the service in any way that;

You must ensure that all customer data complies with the provisions of this policy and our privacy policy.
